About the Event
TYPES OF FAST A partial fast is from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm or from sun up to sundown.
You can select from three types of fasting —
1. Full Fast (WATER ONLY). 6am-3pm
2. Daniel Fast (FRUITS, VEGGIES & WATER ONLY) 6am-3pm
3. OR give up at least one item of food. 6am-3pm
